Adult
Ministry - Study & Exploration
Sometimes you need more than worship,
sometimes adults need study as much as children do. Sometimes you need it to
help strengthen your faith. Sometimes you need it to help clarify
your beliefs. Sometimes it's just fun. But no matter what the
reason, study, whether it's straight Bible study or something more
secular, should be a part of everyone's Christian experience.
Fortunately, Trinity provides a
broad array of study opportunities; different
topics, different times, different focus'. But
the end result is the same for you; your type of
study on your time schedule.
Sunday Morning Adult Education Class
(9:30 AM - 10:30 AM)
Nested comfortably
between the two Sunday morning worship services,
this class is a smorgasbord of topics ranging
from the biblical to the secular. Some classes are "One-Time"
experiences
while others consume several
weeks. The teachers include church members,
Trinity and outside clergy and leaders of our community.
Recent subjects
have included: Christianity and Popular Culture,
Christian Art, biblical studies, and Christian
Theology and Life Here in the Grand Rapids Metro
Area.

Bring your appetite, a
bag lunch, and your Bible for a time of
conversation and study! Recent studies

Paul's Letter to the Romans (starting Jan 2).
Wednesday "Drive Time" Class

doesn't work schedule wise but a week
night alternative may be just the ticket. This class, which often features video,
has a varying subject matter dealing with a
variety of topics that have included Discovery Bible Studies,
The Parables of Jesus, Hard Questions of the
Christian Faith, etc.
