Children
and Youth - Children's Ministry
Children of all ages are welcome and treasured
at Trinity and we have a number of age appropriate
programs that kids can plug into.
Nursery
Technically, this covers ages birth through 2 years old. The Nursery is open on Sunday from 8:15 AM to 12:15
PM (to cover morning worship) and then again
starting at 2:45 PM to 7:00 PM (to cover the
afternoon youth group / music practice / emerging
worship event). The nursery is also staffed for
most church special events.
Pre-School
The pre-school group are the 3 and 4 year olds.
During the early service, they may go to the
nursery, but they have their own, special time
during the eleven o'clock worship where they can
either join their group before the service starts or
else attend the Children's Time during the service and then go to their
group.
Kindergarten thru 6th Grade
There are two Sunday School options for this
group; 'Children and Worship' running during the
Sunday School hour (9:30 - 10:30) and 'Children's
Church' which starts during the eleven o'clock
service with 'Children's Time' and runs until
noon.
5th and 6th Grade
Although this group is part of the K-6 schedule,
they have their own group after 'Children's Time'
(during the eleven o'clock service). In
addition, this group has the "56er's" club which
meets monthly on Sunday afternoon as a family run
event.
